As Vice President and General Counsel you will report directly to the CEO and serve as trusted legal advisor to the Executive team, CEO and Board of Directors. You will be involved in complex business transactions, negotiating critical contracts, joint ventures and/or mergers and acquisitions as required and in support of the companys strategic objectives. You will also serve in the capacity of Corporate Secretary and be responsible for drafting resolutions, board minutes and providing corporate governance advice and support.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
