00 am - 7:
00 pm Tuesday - 8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm Wednesday - 10:
00 am - 6:
00 pm Thursday - 8:
00 am - 5:
00 pm Friday - 8:
00 am - 2:
00 pm The Dental Receptionist would demonstrate a commitment to the company's core values, organizational values, and mission statement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Ensure the alignment of the office with the core purpose and beliefs of the company - Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and concise manner - Present financial options to patients to facilitate the decision to say yes -Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and also allow for exceptional patient care -Provide general support to the front desk staff and patients including, answering phones, calculating and collecting copays, and scheduling appointments.
-Answer incoming calls, emails/correspondence Our office is taking all extra precautions to keep our patients and staff safe.
We will provide all the necessary PPE required by ADA, CDC, and OSHA.
