We are seeking an experienced part-time to full-time front desk receptionist in our state of the art office with digital dentistry.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be motivated , warm and be able to maintain the front desk and waiting areas to promote a clean and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:
Greeting all patients at check-in and answering any questions Registering new patients, collecting medical history, demographics and insurance information Collecting co pays and following up with outstanding balances Explaining treatment plans and financial options to patients Answering phone calls and calling to confirm appointments Corresponding with insurance companies to verify benefits and coverage EagleSoft knowledge (preferred but not required) managing and filling schedule Job Type:
