Information System Security Manager with Security Clearance

Responsibilities:
Develop, enforce, and maintain security protocols for classified information systems in collaboration with IT and security teamsLead the formulation of a comprehensive IS security program and policiesOversee operational information systems security implementation, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelinesWork closely with CTO to set priorities, manage project timelines and scheduling, and assist in planning long-term initiativesCoordinate with Security Control Assessors (SCA) on system authorization and reauthorization processesManage Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to adhere to established IS policies and proceduresSupervise System Administrators (SAs) to ensure implementation and maintenance of required security measuresGovern procedures for handling classified media and secure data transfersMaintain meticulous records related to classified information systemsLead IS security inspections, tests, and reviewsAddress IS incidents or vulnerabilities promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to develop and implement a robust IS security education, training, and awareness programEnsure configuration management (CM) policies for hardware/software authorization on IS are adhered toMaintain an up-to-date understanding of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, or Associate degree with at least 6 years' relevant experienceCurrent holder of Security
certification or higherMeets DoD 8140 (8570.
1) Certification Requirements as an IAM Level I; ability to obtain IAM Level IIProficient in controlling, labeling, virus scanning, and using auditing tools and secure data transfer methods between information systemso This position requires eligibility to obtain a US Personnel Security Clearance (PCL), US Citizenship is requiredFor more information visit the DCSA FAQs page.
